| Rural Village
Rows of quaint, squat plaster homes with neatly-kept yards form the perimeter of the small town. It is inhabited by humans, their dogs, and their livestock. A few houses farther out stand near open agricultural fields.

| Centre Square
A cobblestone square dotted with benches and carts. It is lined by small knicknack shops, a bakery, a butcher's, and a small church. Some humans open stands to sell their wares, leading to bustling sunday markets.

| Misty Waterfall
A relatively short, wide waterfall. It falls sharply and perilously in some areas, in others it flows smoothly over broad rocks. In these areas, the water may be shallow enough that the rocks can be stood upon. It empties into a small pond before winding away as a stream.

| Deep Forest
In the heart of the wood, the area is dark and heavy with trapped scent. Thick undergrowth provides excellent camoflauge, with broad and dark-leaved trees providing cover. It is located far from civilization.

| Open Mire
A broad swamp, consisting of slick tan water under hot, heavy air. A few twisted trees drape overhead, and the occasional patches of raised earth provide a haven from the water. Moss grows thick and soft on giant, ancient logs.

| IC (Colonies) |
| Abandoned Cabin
A small, wood-and-plaster home located in the sparse forest a short distance from the village. A few roof-planks have slipped off and broken and the door hangs on its hinges, but the interior normally stays dry. It is furnished with a few remaining pieces of warped furniture.

| Ancient Cave
A large cave with a small, rocky entrance. It is located in the hillside not far from the waterfall. The interior is strewn with boulders and small, hidden passages.

| Secluded Thicket
A sand-and-grass patch in an area of sparse wood, surrounded by bramble and spiny berry bushes. It is protected somewhat from the elements by small tunnels in the twisted foliage and by a pair of broad-leaf trees stretching partially overhead.
